Faster answers for a hard-to-source category
European trailer components from brands such as AL-KO are fitted to many caravans, boat trailers and box trailers, but identifying the exact part has traditionally meant tracking down the right parts diagram, then matching item numbers by hand, or waiting for a supplier to do it. Many AL-KO parts look alike but differ by load rating, year of manufacture, left or right hand, cable length or stud pattern, so getting the exact match matters, especially for brakes and couplings.

Two ways to find the right part
AL-KO ETI Search. Every AL-KO assembly, such as a wheel brake, overrun coupling, axle, hub or winch, has an ETI number: a six-digit number starting with 811, shown on the AL-KO type plate. Entering it in the ETI Search brings up the genuine AL-KO spare-parts drawing for that assembly, ready to view or download as a PDF, with every item and AL-KO drawing number.
AL-KO Part Number Lookup. For customers who only have a part number, from an old invoice, the packaging or the part itself, the Part Number Lookup shows every AL-KO drawing that part appears on, together with the item and description from the drawing. It is a quick way to confirm the right assembly before ordering.

How AI helped build it
A2B Euro Parts used AI to do in a fraction of the time manual data entry would take: reading and organising more than 1,100 original AL-KO documents, extracting ETI and part numbers, building the search index, and writing structured parts tables for each assembly. Accuracy was built into the process: every drawing number and figure in the generated parts tables was automatically checked against the original AL-KO drawing, and anything that could not be verified word for word was left out rather than guessed.
